Lets face it. Construction is not the most enjoyable experience. Our goal is to diminish that as much as possible. Through clear communication from beginning to end, routine daily cleaning of workspaces, presenting a safe place for the crews to perform tasks. Being on time and under budget. The goal is to make the process as efficient and painless as possible. With celebrating short term objectives on the site we believe that success breeds success.
Step 1
Initial Consultation
In this step, your vision is discussed. We can address general cost questions you may have and establish a very rough cost in which you can choose to add or subtract from.
Step 2
Pre-Construction
This is where the estimate is delivered. All things will be specified in terms of material utilization, schedule of materials and subcontractors, and completion dates for all phases.
Step 3
Construction
Permits will be obtained and work will commence. Periodic inspections may be necessary and phases progess all the way until the job is completed.
Step 4
Post Construction
Final clean up and turnover of project is performed. Warranties for material and craftsmanship are explained. Final payment is only due when customer is satisfied.
